"PINKY" FROM NEXT FRIDAY.. CAUGHT A RAPE CASE Remember Clifton Powell? He's the dude who plays "Pinky" in Friday and who also appeared in "Rush Hour," "Ray" and "Menace II Society". Looks like he might be a menace in his own right, because he is being sued by a woman using the pseudonym Kiyante Myers. She is claiming that the actor raped her in a hotel room in August 2011. According to the suit, "Myers" states that she initially consented to sex with Powell but when it turned rough, she asked him to stop,, followed by him refusing to do so. Myers reported the incident to the cops last year, and an investigation was conducted. But the investigation revealed that there was not enough evidence to prove Powell committed a crime and they closed the case against the actor. Myers has now taken her claims to federal court in Louisiana. She is asking for damages in excess of $75k. A rep from Clifton Powell sates: "Mr. Powell absolutely denies these false accusations and plans on pursuing all legal remedies available to him against his accuser." Work it out... Pinky.
